As an innovation and new venture expert, I thrive on designing, developing and launching new products and services. I'm a founder, builder, executive, investor and a driver of transformational change through culture, strategy, team health and clarity. Being a life-long learner, as well as reading a book a week, I am constantly seeking out new ideas and frameworks and am a practitioner and thought leader of the Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) innovation framework.
Check out my recent appearance on Clay Christensen's HBS podcast, The Disruptive Voice, here where I talk about how the Innovation Paradox impacts Jobs to be Done practice.
