An engineer figures out how things work. A psychologist figures out how people work. An innovator figures out people and uses those insights to build experiences and systems that make progress in their lives. I use Jobs to be Done innovation methodologies for business strategy, investing, product development, sales, marketing and even in my daily life.
I'm writing this to provide a resource for others who want to put in the effort to learn how to use Jobs to be Done methodologies to understand those around them and for self-discovery.
